In my quest to archive as much Microid S content as I can, I'd like to cover things like merch, manga covers, and other things here.
One of the first things I discovered, before I had even started translating Microid S, was Rubber Slug's blog covering some Microid S anime cels, storyboards and kamishibai theater cards. I highly reccommend reading these blog pages, as they have lots of information on these pieces. I'd also like to sincerely thank this blog for existing, because it inspired me to try to translate Microid S.
After translating the entirety of Microid S I bought a 90th Anniversary edition of the manga. This version included lots of extra art at the end and can be found here.
These bowls are part of a series of dishware, all printed with the same art.
This sofubi figure of Yanma seems relatively common- at the time of writing he often goes for about 4,000 to 6,000 yen depending on his condition.
This more off-kilter Yanma is the only one of it's kind I've seen.
Here's what looks to be a coloring book.
These are iron-on patches. There's a ton of these made in the same style by the same company, all with different characters slapped on.
Some nice paper.
There's a few vinyls of audio dramas, which seem to have a combination of the manga and anime plots. I think most of them are pretty damaged now.
A nice hankerchief.
